Willowick

Willowick, transforming a failing golf course into a thriving, Transit-oriented design, mixed-use community. In partnership with the City of Santa Ana, Lennar and KTGY, C2 Collaborative worked to create a destination near the new O.C. street car stop with unique retail/commercial and restaurant space, large aquatic center and beach club, urban trail networks, Dog park/brewery (Bark and Brew) and an  14 acre sports park. This extensive amenity program will provide future residents and existing members of the community spaces to play, connect, socialize and recreate.
